This Privacy Policy explains how UseTolr LLC ("Tolr," "we," "us") collects and uses data when you use our services at trytolr.com.

1) Data we collect

  • Account and contact details (name, work email, company, role)
  • Billing-related details needed for subscription management
  • Uploaded drawings and generated output files
  • Operational logs and audit records needed for security and support

2) How we use data

  • Provide and maintain Tolr services
  • Process uploaded files and return requested outputs
  • Protect service security, detect abuse, and troubleshoot issues
  • Communicate about account, billing, and support

3) Security practices

Tolr is built with tenant-aware isolation patterns and role-based access controls. Data is protected with encryption in transit and at rest.

4) Data sharing

We do not sell customer files or share them for advertising. We may use contracted infrastructure subprocessors (for hosting, storage, and databases) to provide the service.

5) OCR and processing path

Our default architecture does not require third-party OCR SaaS. For sensitive environments, Tolr supports private or dedicated processing patterns.

6) Retention and deletion

Default retention is 90 days for uploaded files and extracted results. Tenant admins can set a custom retention period. Expired records are removed automatically, typically within 24 hours after expiration. Customers may request manual deletion before expiration.
