Retention + Deletion Policy

Effective date: 2026-02-19

1) Default retention period

Uploaded drawings and extracted results are retained for 90 days by default.

2) Tenant-admin configuration

Tenant admins can set a custom retention period to match internal policy or customer requirements.

3) Automated deletion behavior

Expired files and related processing records are removed by scheduled cleanup jobs, typically within 24 hours after retention expiration.

4) Manual deletion requests

Customers can request deletion before retention expiry by contacting sales@usetolr.com.

5) Scope and limitations

This policy applies to service-managed files and records. Additional legal retention obligations, if any, may apply under contract or law.
