Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Tolr services provided by UseTolr LLC (Illinois, United States).

1) Service scope

Tolr provides browser-based tools for PDF drawing processing and inspection workflow outputs. Feature availability may evolve during pilot and general release phases.

2) Accounts and access

• You are responsible for account credentials and authorized user behavior
• You must provide accurate signup and billing information
• You must use the service lawfully and not interfere with service operations

3) Trial terms

• Trial length is 14 days
• A valid credit card is required to start trial
• At trial end, service converts to paid plan unless canceled

4) Pricing and billing

• Monthly plan: $99/month, billed monthly
• Annual plan: $1000/year, billed annually
• Monthly plan can be canceled anytime for future billing periods
• No hard usage caps are enforced in current pricing

5) Refunds

A 30-day refund window applies to the first paid period after trial conversion, including annual plan purchases. Refund requests should be sent to sales@usetolr.com.

6) Data handling

Data handling commitments are described in our Privacy Policy, Data Processing + Subprocessors, and Retention + Deletion pages.

7) Warranty and liability limits

Tolr is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, UseTolr LLC disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
